Designing and building a home should not be a stressful process. Our background and experience have allowed the Hines Homes team to provide our clients a structured and enjoyable approach. Here’s an overview of what it takes to go from just a dream to a beautiful custom home.

Step 1

Find the Perfect Lot

The journey to your dream home begins with finding the perfect lot. Whether you choose a Hines Homes-owned lot or have your own personal land, we’ll help you select the best option to suit your vision and needs. Let’s start with the foundation of your future home!

Step 2

pre-construction contract

During your initial consultation with Hines Homes, we will explore your vision

and outline our process. If we both determine that our collaboration is a good fit, we will proceed with a Professional Services Agreement (PSA). This agreement enables us to allocate the necessary resources to develop detailed construction plans, home specifications, and a turn-key price for your new home. We invite you to inquire about our turn-key pricing contract method to determine if we are the right fit for you.

Step 3

Design Your Home

Work with our Design team to create your own floorplans and exterior elevations. Our experienced designers Kelly and Hannah will utilize your inspiration photos and collaborate with you to create a customized home plan that is even better than you could have imagined. Our goal is to bring your dreams to life.

Step 4

Build Your Home

Once the house plans, specifications, and pricing are finalized, we will formalize the construction contract and initiate the building process. Our Selections Manager, Kaley, will support you in choosing both interior and exterior materials to achieve your desired appearance. Additionally, our Project Managers will maintain regular communication throughout this phase via the Buildertrend platform.

Step 5

Love Your Home

After your home is finished, our support continues. Hines Homes offers a 1- year builder’s warranty on all our properties. We’re dedicated to helping you make your house feel like home.
